1.2 Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival: - Undergarments, including underwear and swimwear. - Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable on our website.

2.3 Packaging and Shipment: - Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, or in a similar protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit. - Include the original order invoice or a copy of it inside the package. - Ship the package back to us within 5 business days of the item's arrival. - You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

3.1 Refund: - Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their eligibility, we will process your refund within 5 business days. - The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. - Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
